Return and Refund
Return & Refund Policy -- If any item ordered from the www.prodiveimaiging.com website does not meet your expectations, you may return it; with the exception of a very few items clearly identified in our product description details as non-returnable. The purchase price of merchandise returned in unused condition within 7 days of the date of delivery will be refunded to the original purchaser in the same form as the method of order payment. For merchandise returned in any other condition or after one week, the purchaser will be issued store merchandise credit. Although not required, we suggest you contact us before making a return because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return. To return something you just send it back to us; either our return shipping label or invoice is your return authorization.
